Financing against transfer of the current balance of your existing housing loan to Bank.

Interest Rate and Fees

  • Interest Rate: The interest rate is variable. It will be applied in accordance with the Bangladesh Bank’s interest rate guideline and the prevailing Bank interest rate.
  • Processing Fee:
    • Up to BDT 50 Lac: 0.50% of the loan amount or BDT 15,000.00, whichever is lower.
    • More than BDT 50 Lac: 0.30% of the loan amount or BDT 20,000.00, whichever is lower.
  • Other fees and charges – Applicable in accordance with the retail loan Schedule of Charges.

    • Photocopy of National ID Card
    • Letter/ Allotment Agreement/ Byna Deed for Home Loan
    • Registered ownership deed for Home Credit / Take Over Loan
    • Price quotation for Home Credit Loan
  • Letter of introduction (LOl)
  • Latest 01 year salary account statement

Businessmen / Self Employed individuals / Landlords

  • Owner / Director of Proprietorship / Partnership / Private Limited Company
  • Total business experience is minimum 3 years
  • Minimum income is BDT 30000

    • Photocopy of National ID Card
    • Letter/ Allotment Agreement/ Byna Deed for Home Loan

  • Trade License for last 3 years (Only for Businessmen)
  • Latest 01 year bank statement of the company (Only for Businessmen)
  • Registered partnership deed for Partnership Company (Only for Businessmen)
  • IMOA+ Certificate of incorporation+ Latest Schedule X for Private Limited Company (Only for Businessmen)
  • Certificate of membership of respective professional association (Only for Self-Employed)
  • Declaration on self-pad along with seal (Only for Self-Employed)
  • Certificate of a professional degree (Only for Self-Employed)
  • Registered ownership deed (Only for Landlords)
  • Rental deed (Only for Landlords)
  • Copy of any utility bill (Electricity/ Water/Gas) (Only for Landlords)

Student loan

Features:

  • Loan amount is up to 130% of the total tuition fee;
    e.g. If the tuition fee is BDT 800,000, an amount of up to BDT 1,040,000 (130% of BDT 800,000) loan can be provided.
  • Maximum loan amount is BDT 20 lakhs;
  • Repayable in 5 years;
  • Loan will be disbursed in phases;
    e.g. If someone is asking to divide the loan into 8 equal phases, the loan disbursement amount of each phase will be BDT 100,000 (BDT 800,000/8).
  • You can apply for a loan during admission or at the beginning of any semester;
  • Convenient repayment schedule: Affordable instalments and interest-saving at the beginning of loan tenure.

Eligibility

  • Parents and legal guardians of any legal professions can apply for their children’s university education;
  • Minimum monthly income requirement is BDT 20,000 only.

  • Processing Fee : Up to 0.50% of the loan amount.
  • Supervision Charge: 1% annually.

Required Documents of Loan Applicant

  • Photocopy of NID;
  • E-TIN certificate;
  • Two passport size photographs;
  • Proof of employment and income;
  • Bank statement (Last 6 months)
  • Proof of other bank credit facilities such as loans and credit cards.
